We deliver nationwide within Pakistan, including:

  • Sindh
  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

  • AJK & GB

Deliveries are made through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 3 – 5 working days
  • Other Cities / Remote Areas: 4 – 7 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier workload
  • Public holidays

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on:

  • Product weight & size
  • Delivery location
  • Ongoing store promotions

4. Order Processing Time

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require phone verification.

  • Repeated refusal or fake COD orders may result in restriction of COD service or cancellation of future orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive:

  • Courier name
  • Tracking link, if available

You can track your shipment through the courier's tracking portal.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier riders usually make 2 delivery attempts.

If you miss both attempts:

  • The parcel may be returned to us.
  • You may need to pay re-shipping charges to have it sent again.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Missing items

9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address
  • Customer not being available
  • Phone switched off or unreachable

KitchMora is not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Return and Exchange policy

At KitchMora.store, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is not as described
  • The product is incomplete (missing accessories or parts)
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

2. Timeframe for Request

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of approval
  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted

Late requests may not be eligible.

4. Return & Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  1. You will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  2. The item must be packed securely in its original packaging.
  3. Once inspected and verified, we will process:
  • Exchange for the same product
  • Exchange for another product (price difference applies)
  • Store credit, if preferred

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer must pay the return shipping cost.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance/sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care or hygiene products

7. Condition for Acceptance

Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you must apply for a return/exchange after delivery.
